I had a tire that is/was loosing 7 lbs of air in a week.

I had a tire that is/was loosing 7 lbs of air in a week. Other 3 fine. They couldn't find any leaks( I couldn't either). I asked to replace the valve stem. All done. Time will tell. Their service was friendly and courteous. As always enjoyed the coffee.

2 words!! Janell Janell!!! I did have a problem after my service.She came to my job, picked my car back up and took care of it. I felt so valued and special. She told me who I my service rep. would be from now on, and I'm looking forward to continued business with Checkered Flag!!! Thank you for such quality customer service!!! And also William was very helpful and professionally pleasant when I was there to originally pick my car up!!

Carl Dyson took great care of us as usual; we saw the

Carl Dyson took great care of us as usual; we saw the 2025 Odessey we wanted online and it was in transit. Carl checked and it was here, we liked it and bought it, and we went smoothly through the purchase process. Carl and every involved took their time to provide all the information. We returned later that afternoon we our 2024 CRV-Hybrid for trade, the Odessey was ready and we completed the transaction. This is the 5th or 6th vehicle we bought from Carl at Checkered Flag, and he always makes it a smooth and easy transaction and provides us all the information and explains every item in the process. God Bless Carl, we are so sorry for the loss of his brother Derek, may he rest in peace with the Lord. We have Carl and his family in our prayers.

Brian was truthful. They took me in as promised and my car was ready way before in the very early afternoon. I took advantage of the Lyft services. It was a very good experience.
