Talked to online assistant who talked me through

Talked to online assistant who talked me through requirements to buy. I arranged to see and drive and hopefully buy a pre-owned Honda Passport. Apparently a salesman had arranged with other buyers for the same vehicle to be taken home. Unknown to me of course, I attempted to place a payment to hold the vehicle. The Salesman actually called me and told me it was not their practice to hold a vehicle. If it was up front told that the vehicle was basically sold that would have been the end of negotiations. Communication between internet sales and floor sales could be much better.

My service advisor Monica Ellis was very personable and professional. She took the time to explain the service I received both before and after. Although I only had an oil change, this time was the shortest that I stayed and waited for the work to be completed. I hope Ms. Ellis is employed by Checkered Flag Honda for a long time!

Very clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. My service guy was friendly, direct, and explained answers to my questions is very concise manner. The service manner was super friendly and welcoming as well. I absolutely love bringing my SUV here because of this!
