Great Dealership

2024 Pilot Touring

Checkered Flag Honda was not my first stop, but it was my last. After walking in and working with Sherri Frank, it was a seamless process with her no-pressure approach. She was so knowledgeable about the Pilot I was looking at, taking her time to show me every feature it offered.

Wonderful service

Prompt response and communication from my service advisor, Bryan( new to me). The scheduler who took my call was helpful, pleasant and had to hear me whine about losing my long term service advisor who had been with me since my first Honda purchase(change is hard LOL). She was wonderful and reassuring.

Very professional and detailed. Clean environment. Friendly staff. True to service. True to timing. Customer service driven.Awesome job. My car was dirty and was washed without asking.

Oil change

Quick service Easy to book appointment They always find something wrong. Something expensive. My interior air filter was crumbled when I went to change it out. How does a thing like that get balled up?
