Impeccable salesmanship and customer care

As soon as we walked in, we were acknowledged by anyone who saw us. We were immediately helped and had a great, honest interaction with the salesman and sales manager. Jadon was our salesman and was so kind and charismatic. He was not just there to go through the motions and wasn't a pushy type salesperson. He was so relatable and open to actually LISTEN to what our end goal was for a purchase. Marquis was the sales manager working that night and he was just as kind and empathetic to our goal. There was no haggling or trying to deter us from what we wanted to achieve. We didn't leave with a vehicle that night but did come back 2 days later and completed a sale with Jadon. Jadon was so communicative throughout the process and truly wanted us to have the outcome that worked for us, even if it meant choosing a different route. That kind of care is a rarity. When we completed the purchase, we were also assisted by Brian, who was as equally kind and helpful. I had never owned a Honda prior to this purchase, but your dealership and team is unmatched, in our eyes. Keep doing what you're doing, because you're doing it well!

Great service

Stephanie was very understanding and patient after my terrible day with car trouble. She also was able to procure a rental car for me to use with no additional expense.

Best vehicle purchase experience ever!

The zero pressure! Even when presenting the extras that were available, there was very little to no pressure which made the buying experience the best I’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle.

Everything’s Great

My service advisor Jonathan Jacob was amazing to work with. He listened to my concerns, was compassionate, and reassuring that Honda would help resolve my car troubles. He has a very calming presence, kindness and friendly personality that makes him invaluable to Checkered Flag or anywhere he may be; his customer service skills are something any business would be fortunate to have. My repairs fell under a warranty, and while he wasn’t familiar with it, he never pushed back or made me feel like I had to fight to have the repair covered. He immediately checked in with Dave and assured me they would have it all figured out by the time I came back to pick up my car. He communicated my car status, and had it turned around in 24 hours. Not to mention my sales agent from 2019 still recognizes me when I visit the shop. Talk about phenomenal customer service.

Excellent Service

Since 2005 when I bought my car there I have used the service center. Jonathan Jacob was excellent, incredibly helpful, considerate, a true gentleman. He certainly is a keeper.
