Great customer service

Brian is always a delight to work with. He’s honest and makes you feel like you’re always welcome. He calls and is consistent with what he states will be done and when it’ll be ready.

Good experience

Johnnie was great and explained the process thoroughly. Always a pleasant experience at this location. The hot chocolate is a nice touch.

Great Service

I dropped my vehicle off the night before my appointment. I was contacted with a recommended front end alignment and I agreed. I was given paperwork detailing what the service department analyzed on my vehicle and why the recommended the work.

Straight forward pricing

Straight forward pricing, no haggling or hidden costs. Process was quick and smooth. I didn't feel like I was getting a different price just because I was female (this is how i felt at MANY other dealerships in the area). Sherri was helpful answering any and all questions.

5 Star service - from start to finish

Hassle and Haggle free. The staff where exceptional and so polite to deal with. I must mention David Haydu - such a professional sales dealer who answered all my questions and was very approachable. Start to finish Honda provided 5* service

Awesome as always!

Was met immediately after pulling in, spoken to by name and taken care of promptly. All maintenance was done and the car was returned quicker than I had expected.

My salesperson, Alexis, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Didn't try to push a sale on me. She even delivered the vehicle to me a few days later.

Friendly, Upfront and Honest

It felt friendly, upfront and honest. Most dealerships feel sleazy and it's a contest where you are pitted against one another. I did not feel that way at Checkered Flag.
