The whole process was easy and non-threatening. I felt respected and no one was pushing me to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with throughout the whole purchasing process.

Great Service!

Brian is great. Always lets me know what needs to be done to keep my car running smoothly. Love the fact I can drop my car off and get texts letting me know what is going on. I appreciate being able to drop off and get a ride and then pick up for return.

Great service, accomodating

The customer service is always great. Everyone is friendly and attentive. This time, I added a service a bit late to my appointment but you were able to accommodate it same day. It saved me time so I didn't have to schedule a second appointment. I appreciate it very much!

Hassle free

No negotiations, sold car for advertised msrp, everything was very transparent, made the buying process incredibly easy for me. My sales rep streamlined the entire process, he was very knowledgeable and polite.

great service & clean car

Having an appointment they take you right in. My service person was pleasant, explained everything and did not try to upsell me any extra services that were not immediately need. Paperwork and receipts were neatly ready for me. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Just getting my car washed was worth the visit. I only have my car serviced at the Checkered Flag Honda at E Virginia Beach Blvd Norfolk.
