Great all around

This is my second time leasing a vehicle with Checkered Flag Honda and both times have been great. The agents are so helpful and informative. I always refer people to Checkered Flag.

Quality service, but other factors have declined.

My service agent, Brian Giles, was outstandingly professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. He has a remarkable ability to remain calm and focused in the midst of constant interruptions. I'm concerned that something has changed within the core of the front end of the customer service experience. Lines were long, customers frustrated and irritated, and staff weren't confident in their positions.

Great sales experience

It was a great experience. David Haydu took great care of us, and from our first conversation to the completion of our purchase he was professional, helpful and personable. He is a asset to the Checkered Flag team. Aaron was also very helpful in diligently looking for financing options to help get us the best rate for our loan. Great experience all around.

This cart was towed in and diagnosed at anther shop I already looked at but the shop had a better computer so they said it need programming an a module That what I had thought iWork in the shop20years ago I had replaced the push botton and they said that one was bad so the put another one in didn’t fix it then the replaced bcm and programs do not trust them take it to anther Honda shop very shady 16 days latter they take advantage of customer because they don’t think you now any thing this is the fist time I have had the shop work on I always work on my cars for 40 years save your self a headache Take it to another shop this is the worst service I have ever seen don’t trust them

New Car

The sales rep were Amazing! I worked with Alexis and Marissa who knew exactly what type of SUV fits my personality. They made my car buying experience feel less like a sales pitch and more about the customer.

Service

It was done without any problems. It is becoming a problem when I keep getting surveys to complete. Truthfully it take all day to get a minor repair. Before this service I had a nail in a tire and went there and was tod I would have to leave the car overnight.
