I had a great experience. My only disappointment is not offering coupons. I had a coupon I though I could use there however it was for the location in River Oaks. Using coupons will save your customers money therefore giving you more business as they will return for the best rate. I could of saved over $100 going somewhere else.

I would never again do business with Sutton Ford Had my suv towed there last Saturday, they never got to it. I towed it to another place, they fixed it 15 minutes. I got my truck in July , had one year warranty and they still tried to tell me that I didn’t and was trying to change me had they looked at my truck
