I bought a new tire and my spare tire was not put back in my trunk securely. It was shaking while I drove away from the dealership. I had to put the spare tire in right when I got to work.

It’s absolutely absurd to me that during a global pandemic you are allowing your employees to walk around maskless. Such a shame that you’re a company that values money over the health and safety of others. Y’all can work wonders on my car but clearly don’t know dick about public health. The dealership was professional and organized upon my arrival for an appointment. The service greeter/consultant was friendly. He took my information about the vehicle and gave an estimate of the time that he would contact me to give an update.

It is amazing how a dealership wants you to purchase a vehicle from them but once the sell is completed they have nothing to do with you.
