Always going the extra mile! Thanks Jessica ! I had an oil change, tire rotation. Also had a problem with the rear washer fluid leaking in the back of the car. It was all taking care of.

My overall experience was smooth and enlighting. I received excellent advice about options and even got a larger rebate! I love my new Edge it was the right car for me. It handles wonderfully and I love all the bells and whistles. Thanks to Mr Parker he is very good at his job. Margie D

Very disappointed with Sutton. Called and the lady was...

Very disappointed with Sutton. Called and the lady was able to make two service appointments in one day. Got there at 12 and they said we only had 1 for 1pm but they could take us “early”. I received confirmation texts/emails for 12:15&1:45 and all they said was “that’s weird”. Told them twice we couldn’t leave vehicle overnight. 2.5 hours later they call and ask again if they can keep it over night and that they didn’t have time. Will go to any other Ford dealer for services before we go back to Sutton.

We apologize that your experience was less than satifactory. We are extremely backed up and sometimes leaving the vehicle is the only option for someone to start on your vehicle and finish it the next day. The technicians finish at 3:30pm. We will work with scheduling to find the issue.

The sales personal are wonderful! They are not pushy and only want to help you get what you want at what you can afford. The repair team are always so very polite and helpful! Jamie make you feel like family when ever we come for any type of service. Also, they don't try to sell you more than what you come in for. They give suggestions but don't push or make you uncomfortable. I buy and service my families vehicles always from sutton ford!

I have been coming to Sutton Ford for about a year now and have always had a good experience. There was a wait when I went in on a Saturday, which was expected, other than that everything was fine

The service staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Offering a variety of days for service to ease wait time. Had no problems and my vehicle was washed and ready on time.

Beware the wolf in sheep’s clothing

I thought I had deal going with a very polite and professional salesman, Shannon. Until it was time to settle on price, when out of left field came an additional $1900 “dealer accessory” paint protection package and glass etching. The paint protection is probably nothing more than wipe on ceramic coating. To top it off, another $650 in dealer doc and title fees, more than twice what I’ve seen from previous experience. What a waste of time. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
