Quick friendky service by girls at front desk and problem corrected caused by the mechanic who changed the oil and left the filter covering unattached and dragged on the ground when I drove away.

Jillian Stanford is definitely an asset to Ford! She is a great listener and is very professional! She also knows her stuff when it comes to cars, at least when I need her. Thanks Jillian!

Unfortunately, after receiving “the Works” in the quick lane. Leaving the dealership, I almost skidded off the road into a ditch because someone was negligent and didn’t put the log nuts on my tire! Which lead to my tire flying off and extensive damage to my car. I am lucky that I did not hurt myself or others!

Stephanie has terrible people skills & a hard time explaining things CLEARLY. Somedays after talking to her I could tell when she has an attitude. Terrible customer service. Do better.

Jamie took very good care of me. I visited the service due to a flat tire. I found out my lug nuts had swollen on my car. Jamie went above and beyond to have all my lug nuts replaced on the vehicle. His service was very professional. And Jamie answered all my questions and concerns.

I wasn’t really hopeful because I don’t have the best credit but Tiffany was able to find me something reliable and in my price range! If you’re looking for a car Tiffany is the one you want to see. I’ll definitely purchase another vehicle from Sutton Ford.
