I came in to buy a new 2020 edge because I received a...
I came in to buy a new 2020 edge because I received a letter stating that if I trade in my 2018 edge my car not will drop from 545.00 to 509.00 a month. Instead my car note went to 582.00 and I was not financed through Ford but a credit union which I have to open an account with. Did not appreciate this.

My heat went out on my car for something I think Ford did , I took my car in for my heat some months ago and then my windshield wipers won’t work, and they said it was nothing they did but My wipers was working very well before I took my car in. I have some Problems with Ford but not many problems. I would recommend my friends to purchase from Ford. Ford need to be a littler more Patient with their customers. Try to understand their situation.
