This was my first time at Sutton Ford and I must say the experience was pretty pleasant. They serviced my car earlier than expected and so far it is running great. Erik was the ultimate professional.

It was the most horrible experience for the first time. I bought my car at sutton have faithfully drove many miles to service my car there but will never go there again. The experience was bad in many ways but jessica (name?) told me please dont come back. Then the worst part.. jessica the service advisor told me to get the f___out as i was leaving the building. I cannot believe the outrageously vile and rude customer service i received. Never have i been treated that way. Good luck

Cheryl Hanna I even have her follow up text messages she sent "to take responsibility" i have answered other requests from surveys and got a call from someone which i returned but never heard from again. I am questioning that the repairs they said were completed were actually completed.
