Sutton Ford is a great dealership. I have purchased a couple of cars from them and each time has been a wonderful experience. God has truly blessed Sutton Ford to be. a blessing to the community and those abroad. Every person that helped me, helped me with grace. Rusty, Jim Gilbert and the Manager.

First honor somebody's appointment second don't make a...

First honor somebody's appointment second don't make a person wait for 8hrs for a basic oil change and a tire patch. Third of all don't make a person wait for a lyft for 2hrs just to pick. When I could of been there sooner by having my own ride.

I enjoyed my time at Sutton Ford as my daughter's car was being serviced. We were there for the 499.00 works fit her car and came to find out she needed rear brakes. Obviously more than we wanted to spend but was needed!! I also has been considering trading in my car for a new one so need to think about that more.

My visit was good. I didn't have to wait long for my oil change, unlike the last time which took more than 2 hours!

Purchased tires and had a blow out in less than a week....

Purchased tires and had a blow out in less than a week. Went to Midas to have tire repared and they said I would have to go back to Ford because it was irreparable. When I got to Ford they wanted to charge me for another tire. I then found out I was misquoted the price of installation with the guarantee. I still feel that guarantee or not a new tire should last more than a week. I purchased the rire qith the expectation that a manager would be calling me back to discuss reimbursement. This has yet to happen. No manager available on a Saturday and no manager follow through for a once loyal customer that will only be going back for oil changes due to the principle of the matter. This company has lost a customer whobpurchased cars from them and only had them serviced by them over $200. I only rate Jillian a 5 because she is the only one that has consistently provided me great service from start to finish.

Auto Butler did not service my vehicle as they were...

Auto Butler did not service my vehicle as they were supposed to.The oil was changed and moved outside and left!! Auto Butler should’ve serviced my vehicle right after the oil was changed and instead it was moved outside and they left.
