Akram, is a great sales person. He is not pushy and what you want he gets for you. I am very demanding and I don't like to spend a lot of time in dealerships. So when i went into the dealership and he was waiting on me and made sure everything that i wanted and how i wanted was taken care of i was super impressed. I actually have never had such a great experience buying a car before. Then the Finance person made sure that everything was ready before i got in the room and made sure that i was happy with the results of the payments. She also made sure that i was treated fairly. The sales manager was assume because with me being a Veteran he really came through for me to help out during these difficult time. My overall experience was assume and i have never said that for a dealership.

Eric has been the main person that we’ve dealt with whenever we had car issues. He’s always been very pleasant and extremely thorough with explaining the car’s’ issue/s. The few times that I’ve dealt with Melissa whether in person or over the phone, I found her to have great customer service. She’s always very helpful as well as polite. Each time that I’ve been there and run across Jamie, he’s always eager to assist. I’ve watched him while waiting for our car and he’s like that with everyone.
