Chris - honest used car buyer

Terrible, typical, car sales thieves. They marketed a used vehicle at $29,800 but when we went there to buy it....surprise surprise the wanted to add some sort of treatment to the paint for $500 and some other treatment to the glass for another $500 and then a warranty for $1600 and some other nonsense and the price went up $6,000! We told them no and then magically the price became only $2,000 more and we told them no again. I asked the sales manager why would you advertise one price and then add on a bunch of “non optional” stuff and not tell people ahead of time. What a waste of everyone’s time. Don’t believe any price you see advertised by this dealer. It’s all fake to get you into the store so they can squeeze a couple thousand more out of you. Save yourself the Drama and time and go somewhere reputable.

They repaired my car, did a wonderful job and gave me excellent feedback. However, you have a sign on your door requiring a mask to enter. A staff working in your company was speaking to a 70 year old customer about his bill. They were standing about 3 feet apart and your employee didn't have a mask and neither did the 70 year old. This is more inappropriate for the store to request this and don't do it. I don't recognize the faces below so I cannot review them. This would be a 5 star review but because of the serious lack of concern by this employee, I have to do 2 stars. I recommend visitors wear a mask to protect yourself, that staff member may do you serious harm.

We are in no way shape or form blowing this off. As stated, we spoke with everyone in the department and we have heightened our disciplinary actions around masks, social distancing and sanitizing. Thank you for letting us know.

The only response needed is we require all customers to wear a mask. Each staff member is expected to wear a mask. They were communicating clearly. There was no hearing issue visible. Your response sounds like your excusing this when we have more than 100,000 dead and several hundred thousand infected and many elderly dying. I am shocked and disappointed by this response. I will continue to support your business but am really disappointed.
