Anita Sutton was the best dealer salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. She was willing to help us and let us see the cars we wanted and ultimately upgrade us from a 2013 to a 2020.

Made a appointment a week before my appointment on july...
Made a appointment a week before my appointment on july 14th dropped the Lincoln off at 7am the first car in the bay then I went home to sleep as i work 3rd shift I get up to a message that you guys were to busy to get to my Lincoln and that it will be looked at frist thing on the 14th not even if that's ok or do I need a loner...ect then I had to go back up to the dealership because I left my uniform top in the suv car so I arrived and wanted to talk to Melissa or Bryan and to fine out there gone for the day so poor little Cree I start to vent to her my frustration as I truly believe that the fact it was warranty work I got brushed off which it not acceptable. When I tell you I truly mean it not even a sorry from Bryan or Melissa so I'm thinking in there eyes this kind of customer service is OK ? You would think hey Mr Beasley we are so sorry for the Inconvenience this may have caused you here is a free oil change or here is a free tire rotation..Nope not one word I picked up my car and moved on so now I have no faith in your dealership as to when I make an appointment and the funny thing it was just in for the drivers lumber which stopped working so knowing that I should have had the Option if I wanted to pick up my Lincoln and bring it back the next day not just being told your going to keep it and look at it the next day. But as most things go I know I won't hear anything for the dealership and that this survey was just a waste of time but I had nothing better going so I thought i would text you as to let you know how well your dealership is not doing I also came to the realization that it doesn't matter if you drive a Ford Festiva or a 50k Lincoln you can still enjoy equally bad customer service from Sutton also I use to remember a time when the Service advisor's came to your car to meet you now you get out your car they look at you as if you have two heads and its not the COVID-19 times they did it back in 2016 when I had a new mustang GT you just stand there in the bay looking like a fool do I go to them do they come to me just an observation. Been to many dealership I've always been greeted at my car with a good morning how can we help you today but at Sutton the first thing they say is you have an appointment today and the second thing is are the keys in the car. Believe me sit back and watch that's the customer service your dealership putting out just fyi.

My first time at Sutton wasn’t great. They got oil all over my engine from an oil change which led to my engine smoking. My car also didn’t drive properly as they forgot to plug something in with my engine. They were polite about fixing it but not sure if I would go back.
