One of the worst experience I had with a dealer. They...
One of the worst experience I had with a dealer. They couldn’t tell me why my car was having problems starting, the first cost was $175 then after they couldn’t tell me why it was not. they wanted $300 more to look closer. So I was already heading up to $500 and still they couldn’t tell me what my problem was. After this when I picked the car up my keyless entrance was not working, my car exhaust pipe had a hole sounds like a race car and the reason I took it for not starting was still not fixed. I will never visit this dealership to get my car repaired or to purchase a vehicle.

I was disappointed when I recently found out I had a better loan offer than what was presented to me. I wish they gave me an option to choose which loan i wanted to use. My battery died within a month which I had to spend almost $200 to replace it. I don't know if I would return to trade in my vehicle Ask lots of questions

Awesome
The people was awesome. They took their time and got me all set up to drive off the lot in my new car same day even though it was late and after they closed still working on getting me driving. I really appreciate it.

I am truly disappointed at Sutton Ford. I came into...
I am truly disappointed at Sutton Ford. I came into quicklane for an oil change and vehicle check. But they missed so many things. The wait time was fine and the customer service was great. But when it was time to check out, I asked Jessica about my multipoint check sheet which she provided and went over with me. The technician found nothing wrong and checked everything as green. I found this hard to believe because it thought my brakes needed replacing. But she assured me that the technician would’ve definitely marked the areas that needed attention if need be. Well when I got home I searched for the multipoint sheet that I had completed at a different quick lane about 6 months ago and this sheet showed that attention was needed in multiple areas including my suspension which I expected because of noise I hear when going over bumps. So now I didn’t feel comfortable taking my vehicle back to Sutton ford, where I bought my vehicle and had to take it to a different ford location for servicing. When I called back to explain my concerns, Jillian was very helpful in trying to rectify the situation.
