Sutton Ford Service

Helpful giving information on the service needed for my car and current concern on repairs. Reminding to use the Ford Pass points instead of cash pay. Courtesy vehicle to and from home always available timely as well as customer car wash. Thank you Sutton Ford.

Sales Team hits home run!

Sales person was a good listener. Found a vehicle with all the features I required and then some. The paperwork process was smooth. Follow-up regarding my satisfaction was GREAT!

Bad experience

Lots of errors in the buying process, multiple issues with closing this deal that I have to fix on the back end after I left with the car. Also don?t expect them to let you know the car you were looking at was sold.

Very disappointed with the service I received from the...

Very disappointed with the service I received from the service writer and the technician. The tech didn’t reinstall parts so when I picked up my vehicle items were hanging from the bottom of the car causing ride handling issues. The belly pan cover was missing which was causing another under bottom shield to hang (metal) as I drove route 30(Lincoln highway)you could hear it. I knew something was wrong. another driver flagged me down and told me there were sparks coming from under my car. So I pulled over and looked to see shield was missing and the metal component was hanging hitting the ground. I returned to the dealer And spoke to my service writer. the service writer Erik was very rude and condescending. when I returned asking about the missing splash shield, He proceeded to blame it on a previous collision (already fixed) that had nothing do with what happened with that shield. When he went to get the tech and he proceeded to say the same thing. I told them both the shield was on the vehicle prior to coming here for service where is it at? After walking the tech out to the vehicle and show him what I’m talking (I believe his name is Cody)about he he took my vehicle back into the shop and comes back and just so happens to find the missing parts in the trash so he reinstalled them and Cody’s exact words “were out of site out of mind”. I have never had such poor customer service ever! I will never have my vehicle repaired at this dealership again. I wanted to a purchase a new ford suv within the next month and this was going to be the first place I go but I wouldn’t even recommend anyone even purchase a car from here.

This Mrs Best I did the survey but I put the wrong service attend it was Jillian Stanford she was excellent !! Replace door latches . Thanks again Jillian Stanford not Darnell.Also she was able to get my out of pocket money refunded.
