In my entire 69 years of having purchased various automobiles and SUVs, Sutton Ford has by far, rendered the very best customer service experience, during a pre-owned vehicle purchasing transaction. I just want to humbly thank, two very professional certified sales and licensing specialists, who kept me engaged during every phase of the transaction. Those two individuals would be, Ms. Anita Sutton, from car sales, and LaToya McDonald, from the Finance Department. From beginning to end, these individuals were very professional, friendly, courteous, sensitive, and understanding. I do hope that Ms. Sutton and LaToya McDonald, will continue to be with Sutton Ford, for many years to come. The customer service rendered by these two professionals, is the reason many customers continue to return to Sutton Ford, for vehicle service, purchase, parts, trade-in, and very fair and compassionate car deals. I initially heard about Sutton Ford through my daughter, who had recently purchased a 2008 pre-owned Lincoln SUV. Upon her purchase of the Lincoln, my daughter had highly recommended that I call Ms. Sutton, to determine my opportunities and chances for purchasing a very quality vehicle. That decision to call, was a very good one for me, because it subsequently and successfully, allowed me to secure a high-quality pre-owned 2014 Ford Edge. Since the purchasing of my vehicle, I have recommended Sutton Ford to many other individuals, and do hope that Ms. Anita Sutton and Ms. LaToya McDonald, will continue to be with Sutton Ford, for many years to come. These two professionals are probably the reason, that so many people and returning customers, continue to stay with this dealership, time and time again.
