I was in for an oil change and to deal with a recall notice. I told that due to the number of vehicles ahead of me that it would take 45 min to an hour before they could work on the vehicle. Then an additional 30 min to deal with the recall issue to include wash and vacume. I was in and out within an 45 minutes of showing up. I was very thankful for waiting and appreciative of them getting me in and out in the time that they did.
