Terrible experience at this dealership.I had to return the next day to get the issue done. I feel they should check to make sure the issue is properly fixed and working before giving to the customer.

Had appointment for oil service. Service answered...
Had appointment for oil service. Service answered questions and said service would be about an hour. After 1 hour and 45 min I walked out to service and asked if there was a problem. Service looked up my vehicle went to another service desk went through some paperwork, found mine and entered some things into the computer and told me it was done and waiting for me outside. Handed me paper work and I left. Don’t know why it took almost 2 hours.

My husband went there for service on his tundra. They...
My husband went there for service on his tundra. They took an hour longer than they said. He told them his breaks were causing some vibration. They recommended complete break change and new rotors. Said they don’t turn them all for the low price of over 400 dollars. My husband usually goes with the recommendations but didn’t have a great feeling. We just left a reputable break mechanic who said the breaks were fine and no grooves on the rotors. They wouldn’t even charge us. We will likely never go to your service again for his tundra and after 7 Toyota’s in 12 years he says he won’t buy again.
