My purchase was negotiated over the phone so truly a, "remote purchase". I drove 100 miles to take delivery of my new Tundra and was very pleased with my interaction with both the sales & finance folks. I would highly recommend this dealership to others.

Good service. This recent visit my service representative informed me to make sure each time I came, I made sure to tell them I was on the Family Plan to be sure I received my discount. I have been coming here for over 4 years, never had him before and he was the first to tell me that. That ensures to me he listened to my concerns and was taking care of me as a customer. I plan to only schedule with him now.

Seems to me that the dealership would have the necessary parts on hand to repair a recall issue with my Tacoma. Don’t like the idea that I have to go back to get my repair once the parts come in. Whose taking care of my lost time and extra gas for the second trip?

Didn’t fix the issue that they diagnosed and told us to bring it back if the issues isn’t resolved. Issue wasn’t resolved so we called and they told us to bring it in at a certain time. I left work early to do so, only to be told they didn’t have time to complete it like they thought. So we made another appointment, only to be told again on the morning of that they didn’t have time and would call us back. They never did.

They aligned my tires knowing that they were wearing out on the inside. (They didn’t tell me this part) My hubcentric ring is missing on one of my tires/rims
