The worst dealership I ever dealt with with my 20 plus years of buying vehicles. Very dishonest personal that work at that dealership. Will not be purchasing a vehicle there anymore or recommending them to anyone

Service department was great and very helpful. Friendly advisor and did not try to sell me extra service. Technician did a great job of explaining what he did and future services of souls need.

Professional, courtesy, attentive. About my Toyota Camry...

Professional, courtesy, attentive. About my Toyota Camry from Fred Anderson for just one reason. It came with a lifetime warranty on the transmission and the motor as long as I kept up the oil changes. The oil changes are done at no charge. It’s a great investment and I would recommend it to anyone. It was even a used vehicle just Hass to have less than 50,000 miles on it to qualify.

geting "new" toyota inspected for my first time

I found the service department to be courteous, kind, and thorough in inspecting my recently purchased 2017 Toyota for the first time. The work was completed in a timely manner. Aaron Murchison, who sold us our "new" car, has been very diligent in communicating with us. As new customers as Fred Anderson Toyota, our experiences have been very positive. We're glad to be a part of our your "team." Sorry, but I don't remember the names of some of the staff that I dwelt with while there recently.

I had no appointment, short wait for car to be taken into...

I had no appointment, short wait for car to be taken into service. Entire time was good, I was made aware of findings and service continued. There was a chair outside of service where I could read and enjoy the breeze. Excellent care !

They didn't listen

My 2015 Prius has been running rough. At low speeds, it seems to sputter and struggle to run smoothly. It feels like the fuel injection is incorrect. I shared this with the service team member. They came back saying the tires were the problem and that car alignment and tire balancing was needed. I accepted their recommendations. I am still diving a 2015 Prius that runs rough at low speeds. The engine is the source of the issue. Why could they not have investigated this issue differently?

Richard Covington: No Pressure - Just Guidance

Richard was so very helpful when I visited the dealership mid-July to purchase a RAV4 Hybrid XSE. I told him exactly what I wanted based on my research and he didn't try to sell me anything else. On our test drive, Richard explained all the vehicle's accessories and had me ready to sign fairly quickly. The service from the manager to finance was friendly, professional, and no pressure to purchase anything additional. Thank you Fred Anderson!
