Poor follow up and quality-car malfunctioned numerous times after repair; could not get callbacks when requested for numerous days; fuel pump repair needed 3 times and still had check engine light come on so took it to a different Toyota dealership

After purchasing a new vehicle, the customer service...

After purchasing a new vehicle, the customer service failed completely. What was said that would be done wasn't done. Service section is poor. Sad.

I'm really disapointed I went Saturday, august 1st...

I'm really disapointed I went Saturday, august 1st because I had an appointment at 7:00a.m they took my car around 7:20 and then Julian Hernandez told me I have to wait about 1 hour and 30 minutos but when 45 to 50 minutes had passed he told me that they don't have the parts for my car. He also said the parts would arrive on tuesday august 4th in the afternoon and that he would call me to let me know, but today is august 9th and I'm still waiting for my car service. Julian Hernandez hasnt called me yet. They have a bad service and very irresponsable people working there. They have very, very unprofessional staff.

Vehicle Properly Serviced

As usual I felt my vehicle was properly serviced. This includes current needs and letting my know anything above normal maintenance coming in the near future. My only complaint is that the elapsed time for service seems long.

Overbooked?

Routine recall. Was told, if nothing was amiss, it would take 45 minutes. Took over 3 hrs. MANY cars in line when I arrived on time for my appointment. Service center looked overbooked.
