I have been servicing my Toyota vehicle for about 2 years at Fred Anderson of Sanford and have been very pleased. I make an appointment and they provide an estimated completion time. In most cases, the vehicle is finished well in advanced with no issues.

Inspection
I was immediately greeted with a Fred Sanford Toyota associate who was welcoming and accommodating. My car was inspected in the time promised and given back to me clean. A very easy and comfortable appointment. Well pleased.

Courteous and Friendly
The Toyota Representative that helped me was courteous and friendly. He called and gave and explained what the mechanic found during the inspection of my car and explained what I needed to have taken care of for my car to pass inspection and what could wait. As soon as I came to pick it up he greeted me and explained what was done and asked if I had any questions. The cashier was also friendly and quick!
