I drive 1 hour from my home to have Alex Polky service my Highlander. Julian Hernandez is a great service advisor. As long as I can continue to communicate directly with Alex & Julian I will continue to have my car serviced at Toyota of Sanford.

Got an oil change which was great, but tire pressure light was left on-should have checked it and turned it off until next oil change

Nice, friendly staff when purchasing vehicle. Once sale...
Nice, friendly staff when purchasing vehicle. Once sale complete and paperwork was done, hard to get hold of for follow ups. Promises of call-backs never happened. Was told numerous time "I'll escalate this to our general manager to get taken care of." Literally had to drive to the dealer for them to answer my questions. Only go if you know exactly what you want and the process. Eddie was great, gave us a "no bs" run down of what he was knowledgable at and what he recommended.

Spot on
Went in for an oil change and tire balance. They did the full blown checkup and found my filters to be dirty - got those replaced, tires balanced and rotated, and the oil change. Free wash too!
