Accommodating staff. But I am uncertain of how they handled my car safely during my maintenance check up due to COVID-19. Social distancing while waiting for my car was totally acceptable.

Oil change and inspection
I was surprised that, at first, most of your people did not have on masks. I commented on that and that I almost turned around to leave.

My experience was great at FredAnderson. They were able to help me purchase a car which I didn’t expect to get. The salespeople was great at finding me a car within my budget and nothing too much for me. My wait time was excellent compare to the last time I brought a car. Thank you and I will refer anybody that I come across that needs a car.

oil change and software update
I did not want to review due to the fact I got a $10 discount from the service advisor due to me waiting 2.5 hours at the dealership when told it will take no more than an hour for my appointment. I showed up as promised, but was forgotten back in the service bay. I was also charged more than what my coupon stated, so the advisor had to redo the paperwork. The advisor was very apologetic and nice. Personally, I don't think my car got worked on until I asked how much longer after the 1.5 hour mark. Several people came after I did and left before I did - this is unacceptable for an oil change and software update.

Way too over priced, staff didn’t know much of anything....
Way too over priced, staff didn’t know much of anything. I drive a hybrid car, and when I went to pick my car up after the oil change, it had been left in the BATTERY in mode and nobody could tell me for how long. They didn’t want to do anything about it either. Will never go back, I’ll just stick to my Just Tires and I suggest you guys go elsewhere too!

Service good, but price unreasonable
After having 12 volt battery replaced keyless entry would not function. The tech stated the 2 keys would have to be reprogramed. This took 45 minutes, with initial charge of $300. This was later reduced to $200, but I still found this to be unreasonable. Summary states the keyless switch was off and had to be turned on. If that was all that was actually done, then the charge was more than excessive. It was performed in a timely manner (appt. was at 9, and finished by 9:45).
