I was hesitant to sit in the waiting room due to Corona...
I was hesitant to sit in the waiting room due to Corona virus situation. When I mentioned that as I was discussing scheduling maintenance they said pick up and drop off service was available. So I scheduled that and it worked very well

In & out in less than 45 minutes.
My brand new Tacoma needed it's 5000 mile service. I called the dealership & was able to get an appointment for that very same morning. I showed up a few minutes early, but the service representative was glad to start the process. Less than 45 minutes later, my truck was ready & I was on my way.

Enter a genuine commitment to understanding your situation, friendship, trust, and willingness to sustain enthusiasm and civility without any suggestion of pushiness during protracted negotiations without the immediate prospect of commission. Like most, I've had some disappointing to outright abysmal experiences with car salespeople, but Tiffany Posey singlehandedly rehabilitated my perception of the profession. With dozens of dealerships closer, I still drove 6 hours (one way!) to close the deal with her in SC.

Not good. Totally dissatisfied. Not enough words to say how bad this trip went. Still had problems they indicated were fixed. Tire rotation and inspection.

I bought my Camry from this dealership and it was...
I bought my Camry from this dealership and it was everything I wanted. Part of the package was to have the windows tinted. I’ve had to take my car back multiple times to have the tint fixed. Bubbles, scratches and the tint was peeling up. Also while my windows were being tinted my brand new car was scratched and interior damaged also. Left completely dirty. After the last time I was told they would fix it but I haven’t heard a single word from them due to the current world situation. I have been very patient with all of these situations but now I’m past that. Luther was very compassionate about the whole situation but the whole situation has been terrible. The car was at the dealership more than it was in my own possession the first month of owning it. I’m still waiting to get my tint fixed.

Eli Colonroche and Wade Berard were very professional
We enjoyed our visit to Fred Anderson and happy with our purchase. This is the 2nd Toyota we have bought from them in the past 3 years! Our first purchase was from Wayne Gomillion who has moved. Eli jumped right in and answered all of our questions! We will continue to give Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford the first opportunity when we are ready to make another purchase.

Look elsewhere and save your money
This dealership lacks transparency and will lie to get a sale. They wanted $4,000 over the sticker price for additional services that they said had to come with the vehicle, but in all actuality, they are optional and I was informed by a separate dealership that this tactic is illegal. Stating that all Southeast Toyota’s come with ToyoGuard whether you want it or not is against the law; it’s completely optional and this dealership will tell you that it’s not an option, or at least Chris Testa will tell you that you don’t have a choice. If you want your money to go much further, take a look at surrounding Toyota dealerships.

Amazing Customer Service and NO "run around"
I had an incredible experience with Fred Anderson! From the moment I reached out I had the best customer service! I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted and after some poor experiences with my local dealer I reached out to Fred Anderson to see if they had the vehicle I wanted. They were so nice and accommodating. They gave me an excellent value on my trade and were straight forward with pricing on my new highlander. For anyone in the Fort Bragg area, I can't recommend this team enough!
