Price of car was more than stated price. Interest rate...

Price of car was more than stated price. Interest rate was more than stated rate, car had scratches on rear passenger side. Dealer not honest.

Appointment TImes

I made an appointment for 11:30 and at 1:30 had to ask how much longer would it take. When asked about they had to look for my car and it was sitting around back. I make an appointment because I work and I don't have that long for lunch. If it can't be done in that time frame then I would have been glad to reschedule all they had to do was tell me that they were overbooked.

Poor virus protection procedures

I did not feel safe from Covid 19 at this service / dealership. No sanitizer was in place for customer use. No wipes were available for after service was completed. Only one staff was wearing a face mask. Most likely, I will be using this dealership again.

60k service

Very very pleased with Bryant..............................Service was performed as needed, quick and dependable..clean waiting room even with Covid 19 pandemic..I did miss the donuts and coffee and water

My car had a nail in the tire when I picked it up on...

My car had a nail in the tire when I picked it up on Saturday. The “low tire pressure” light was on when the car was pulled around, and I was told it was due to the car being on the lot for a few weeks. I drove 2.5 hours home, checked the tire and there was a massive nail in the tire. Not happy about that at all. Also, the gas tank was not cleaned out until I pointed it out. My Salesman (Marco) was great though, I appreciated all of his help.
