Knowledgeable, straightforward and super helpful, Joe always makes bringing our car in for service as pleasant as it can possibly be. All the guys from check in to check out, do their best to provide service with a smile, which is why I definitely recommend BMW Las Vegas for service.

The service center is always efficient & the service

The service center is always efficient & the service managers are friendly and polite. Mark did a great job at the service center, informing us via phone. Oil Service pricing is excellent, for some reason, Spark Plug Servicing is astronomical compared to other shops. All other service pricing is as expected for a dealership... suitably expensive. However they reconcile their invoices, they noticed they had overcharged us and refunded us the next day, which was unexpected & honest! X5 service costs Oil service $225 for 3 years of unlimited CBS-based service New Battery + coding $500 Brake Fluid service $210 Quoted $870 for spark plugs (Ordered myself for $60 and I'll DIY them, if not quoted $300 for labor) Quoted $999 for a new key Cabin filters about $90 each

Poor Service Dept

Terrible service. After the key reading, I was told the car was in excellent condition and didn?t need any service, not even an oil change. Since I was there, I told them they might as well do it. Two minutes later, they ?recommend? nearly $1000 in services. Unbelievable. Do not buy a BMW. They drive great, but you cannot trust the service department. Several friends told us they had similar experiences and say they will never buy another BMW because of this.

Took my 330i in for warranty repair.

Took my 330i in for warranty repair. They guys did a great job. Everything was fixed within a couple hours and I was on my way. Would highly recommend.

I?ve had my BMW 530e for almost two years now. It?s not my first BMW either. I always get excellent service at bmw Vegas. From the concierge, to sales and especially service.
