After I entered the waiting room, I waited about 15 minutes before being recognized by the service agent. At the time I requested a loaner, which I was entitled, the Agent said none were available and offered a ride home ,which l accepted. The Agent said he would have one available in a few minutes. After an hour or more of waiting, the Agent did not offer a ride, but a work order. Because he lied to me about the ride and made me wait so long, I refused the work order in the amount of $2,700, and decided to go to BMW of HENDERSON, for the repair, isn?t competition great!

Joe has been my absolute best service advisor. He is always available when I call or text him. He communicates well with me and always has me in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. I have never had to sit around waiting for him to have time to assist me. He cares about his customers.
