This is the only place I use to have my car serviced. I appreciate the reliable work and the great customer service. Woody Woods is the service advisor I have used for many years. I can count on his honest advice and approachability.

I am a loyal Toyota owner.

I am a loyal Toyota owner. I had a negative experience with my last dealership and so I decided to try Hendrick Toyota of Concord because I had a really positive experience with their service department earlier in the year. It was important to me to work with a female sales associate, and I was impressed that Hendrick had so many women working in sales. Jessie Chase helped me and I bought my new car from her. She was authentic, knowledgable, and she respected my time and wishes. She helped me buy the car that I wanted, not the other way around. The entire car-buying experience was very different with her and I will be returning to her from here on out, as well as recommending her to others. If you want to have a positive, pressure-free car buying experience where you will receive excellent service from start to finish, contact Jessie Chase at Hendrick.

Scheduled a service several days ahead for a specific

Scheduled a service several days ahead for a specific time that would fit our schedule. Arrived there at appointed time and intake was pretty quick. Service was to receive and have our second car key programmed. I notice when we arrived that we also needed to have the 10,000 mile service (oil change) performed. They agreed that it would be no problem. The services took 2 hours. I noticed on the service report that it took them 40 minutes to take our car back for service after we arrived for the appointment. They then did the 10,000 mile service first and then the key programing. I know the unexpected service probably had to be worked in but thought they'd perform the key programming while waiting on the 10k service to be fitted in. Just expect service to begin shortly after scheduled appointment.
