First I would like to say that Ryan Crawley is so GREAT. Ryan always make sure that I get the what is needed for my car. Hendrick Toyota Concord is so GREAT. The staff and managers are very friendly and helpful. I have been going to Hendrick Concord for over 10 years and they have always been helpful, friendly and attentive to their customers. I would not go anywhere else.

Great Service! My first visit to Hendrick Toyota. I will return for future Service appointments. Service Advisor Justin Dreyer was great! I had an issue with my brake other dealers couldn’t seem to fix. I’m happy to say problem solved.

Justin D is a great - always the most helpful and honest on what is needed to keep my car in top shape.

I had to come back to this dealership to get my battery replaced after it wasn’t done a week ago when I visited. Luckily Jake Crisci was there to help me and made feel at ease when he immediately gotten this crazy situation taken care of.

Service is always professional and timely. The Cust rep was great. Each service needed was explained.

My mom was very satisfied and happy with her purchase. We appreciate Moises very much because he was extremely helpful, and didn’t come as an aggressive sales person. Instead, he was caring, very easy to work with and helped my mom setup her new vehicle with the Toyota app. So much patience for my mom who isn’t very tech savvy. Oh and by the way, Kyle was the best closer/finance person to deal with too. Thanks again!
