Always professional, friendly, and personalized. Very good service, can’t stress that enough. My husband uses Crest Infinity, it is literally the building next door. He does not have the same level of service, at all. We both appreciate how well the Crest Volvo remarks t is run. The service advisors have been there a while and that surely says something about their management. My advisor, Lyn, is top notch and makes me feel like my service is what he would suggest for his own family.

Had an appt, they had my car for 2 days and still didn't
Had an appt, they had my car for 2 days and still didn't even diagnose it. I had told them when I booked the appt that I dont live in the area but am back weekly. They wouldn't let me take a loaner our of DFW so I had to pick my car up without it being worked on and fixed.
