The service has gotten progressively worse in the last few times I’ve taken my car here. From lack of communication to no detailing I’ve become disappointed from where we started to where we’ve come. I took my car in for an oil change and inspection. I texted and tried to communicate with the service advisor to no avail. I had to call the next day to check on the status of my car and go find out it was ready for pick up.

I personally have been doing business with crest since 2014 officially. It’s been a great time. I’ve bought 2 vehicles personally and my mom has bought one. The team is amazing.

Check in was quick and easy. Lyn cleaned something off my car door and turned on my road sign information at no cost. Getting my loaner was quick and easy too. My car was ready fast and vehicle return and payment was faster than usual.
