Always professional, friendly, and personalized.

Always professional, friendly, and personalized. Very good service, can’t stress that enough. My husband uses Crest Infinity, it is literally the building next door. He does not have the same level of service, at all. We both appreciate how well the Crest Volvo remarks t is run. The service advisors have been there a while and that surely says something about their management. My advisor, Lyn, is top notch and makes me feel like my service is what he would suggest for his own family.

Our experience with Crest Volvo Cars was excellent. This is our second car purchase from Crest in the last 8.5 years. Great service over the years and our love for the XC90 were the driving forces for purchasing another car at this dealership. From service, to sales, financing, and delivery, everyone was friendly, professional and genuinely interested in our experience.

Had an appt, they had my car for 2 days and still didn't

Had an appt, they had my car for 2 days and still didn't even diagnose it. I had told them when I booked the appt that I dont live in the area but am back weekly. They wouldn't let me take a loaner our of DFW so I had to pick my car up without it being worked on and fixed.
