I love Hendrick Lexus. The organization has been good to me(and my car).. what makes it exceptional, though, is the people. In particular the service managers. Brian Dowless is the person to ask for when having your car service. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He is quick to respond and very helpful and friendly in explaining the issues and importance of each suggested repair. The process was stress free and there was no high pressure push for repairs or maintenance.

This is the second car I have personally purchased from this dealership (third or fourth within my family). I bought a 2022 Lexus NX and now I just purchased a 2024 Lexus GX. Both times I also worked with salesman Brian Muckelvene Jr. (BJ). BJ has been an AMAZING salesman and treated me more like a friend or family member. His manager, Lamar Crenshaw, was great as well. I will definitely work with both again. Ralph Yerkes was my technology specialist this time around. He explained everything in the car super well and answered all my questions. Ivan Blair did all my finances. He made the process easy and share the warranties, but he never pressured me to choose any (ended up choosing one anyways). I also enjoyed getting to know everyone on a more personal level. I highly recommend this dealership and I will definitely be buying my next Lexus from here again and will choose BJ as my salesman again. BUT I do plan on keeping this GX for awhile.

Great service, the staff is very polite. Specially I liked the waiting area, enough space and quite to work. The loaner was new and the work was done in 24h. Replacing HUD.

Routine service on my Lexus was prompt and waiting area very nice and comfortable. I?ve felt with them for years and this is my third Lexus with no major problems.
