I was very impressed with the customer service from the initial phone call to schedule my vehicle for service to when I picked my vehicle up. I was supplied a loaner car while they assessed the issue with my vehicle. I have never been offered that, even when I have owned Toyotas. I greatly appreciate the video that I received from the technician explaining the issue and the solution. Very impressive!!

My 2020 ES 350 broke down while I was visiting Charlotte on a holiday weekend. Hendrick had a loaner vehicle waiting for me and repaired my vehicle and it was super clean when I picked it up. They were very efficient with the car/loaner transfer, so there was no waiting around.

Was in for 25,000 mile service on my Lexus RX350.

Was in for 25,000 mile service on my Lexus RX350. Service was fast as I was waiting, and tech gave me video of them checking different things, which was helpful. Vanessa Hadley was very courteous and efficient in getting me in and our quickly.

Great service from Marisa who subbed for Clayton on our 20k service. The appointment was handled efficiently and quickly. I especially liked her suggestion to knock out our state inspection to avoid another trip in before its November renewal.

Hayden Weddle was the great salesman!

Hayden Weddle was the great salesman! He went over everything thoroughly! Ralph Yerkes was great at explaining all the parts on the car! Mr. small was our financial person and he did a great job! Now the new car manager was really short when I ask him a question! I had to call a second time to find out If your company took a personal check! He knew I had bought a car there before and paid cash for it. So I asked him if they would take another personal check and he was really short with me again. People were in his office laughing. I’m sure it wasn’t at me, but it was very disrespectful! That is the biggest complaint I have about your company. Patty Yantis
