Great no pressure salesman

Worked with Frank getting a new Ram 1500. The truck just hit the parking lot, but Frank was able to iron out a few service kinks and get the truck delivered. Great experience, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend using Keffer and Frank if you are in the market for a Chrysler/Dodge product. One of the least painful car shopping and buying experiences I have ever had. No pressure, let me test drive vehicle alone to ensure I was happy with the way it fit in my garage. It is bigger than a minivan. Not only happy with the sale but the service after the fact.

Best crew ever! I drove all the way from Huntersville to come here because of the service level they provide. Willie, Shaun, Mike Maus and Chris Alexander all worked super hard to get me the deal I wanted. I won’t go to another Jeep dealership again! Highly recommend them and once my lease is up, I’ll be back!! Thank you guys for everything you did!

Great Dealership!

I recently bought a vehicle and my sales associate was Patrick Mccormick. He was a pleasure to work with. He is personable, honest, and fair-minded. Negotiating the deal was stress free and the price and quality of the vehicle were excellent. The dealership had top notch facilities and a large selection of top quality vehicles. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I recommend going to Keefer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and asking for Patrick Mccormick!

Amazing experiance

This was the most hassle free car buying experience in my life. I received a good offer for my trade and a great price on my Jeep. Hard to believe that in 36 hours from first inquiry the car was delivered 3 hours away. Thanks again!

$1300 spent with no resolution of issue

Terrible service experience.: We took my daughter's 2006 Grand Cherokee in for an over temp transmission issue. Spent $1300 - being verbally assured this would fix the problem but of course it happened again in less than two weeks. Paid again for a tow. Then i'm told by Stan it's another $800 because now the 'sensor' is now bad. I believe that was probably the initial problem all along as we'd been told it was computer related before (and we told Keffer this). Beware they have a disclaimer about working on cars that are older which was NOT given to me or I wouldn't have put $1300 into non guaranteed irepair work.. BTW they constantly want you to review after your visit - and they didn't follow up at all after this visit I'm sure knowing I was unhappy. I'd leave a good review for good service but I have 1300 reasons to leave this one.

Great Experience w/ Keffer

I was in a wreck recently, and was shopping for a car. I also had a 10 day work trip that happened around this time as well. I stopped by Keffer Jeep just once, and inside of the 10 days, I had 3 different people work on things for me to find me the right car. I got a used 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude Edition. The Jeep is amazing. I've been wanting one for years, and they worked hard to get the deal I wanted. They have a dedicate staff that was respectful, communicative, and diligent on finding me what I wanted. Lorie Cornelius was the salesperson who pushed things over the edge. I highly recommend this dealership.

great car, bad service

the general service manager is very difficult to work with. shaun shore takes for every to get back to you, calls you names and threatens to hang up with you if you get upset because of their poor preformance.
