We purchased a Jeep Wrangler rubicon, the Salesperson Patrick McCormick was very helpful and not pushy. He answered all our questions and was nice and accommodating.

Patrick was really great to work with and made the experience as easy as possible - would highly recommend him and this dealership if looking for a new car!

Made an appointment to have airbag recall fixed and oil change. They said they would need to order part so it would be a week out. Dropped my Jeep off any scheduled appointment time and received a call about an hour later stating that my axle seals and fluids needed to be replaced (not one mention of airbag recall). I said go ahead on the repair since it was at the dealer even though it probably would have been half the price elsewhere. Called at 5pm to see if Jeep was ready and they said it was but the airbag recall would have to be rescheduled a week out because they didn’t have part! They could have ordered the part or told me they didn’t have it when I made the appointment, when I dropped it off and when they called to jam me on the repairs to the axles. They didn’t. Very poor communication and when I asked for the manager he blamed Fiat Chrysler. Not the fact that they can’t communicate. Awful service experience and it seems they really don’t care!

Patrick McCormick is a professional in every aspect of the word, he explained the car buying process from start to finish. I came to the dealership just looking, after talking with Patrick he made it possible for me to purchase a new truck. I will highly recommend this dealership and Patrick McCormick to anyone as well as my family and friends.

A lot of craziness with Equifax, nothing to do with Keffer but Frank Camarda was so supportive and so much more patient with the Equifax employee than I was... perfect gentleman, patient with the situation, loving my new jeep!

Salesman Mike Benjamin, was both easy going and professional. Same goes for the finance team, joe Cornelius. Is top shelf. The introduced me to the service manager who allowed me to inspect the vehicle to my satisfaction? This was a used 2014 Jeep Compass. I will stop at Keffer CJDR first when I upgrade my truck.
