Great Experience

Great Experience! Literally had been around Charlotte looking for a wrangler and my heart was set on a WRANGLER. Mike helped me with getting my dream car ! I appreciate him taking his time to help me find a car in my budget and was everything I needed. I don’t think he knows the impact that he had on me helping me get my dream car and the feeling of happiness I have now. Literally being able to accomplish this dream and goal really put me in a good place in life ! Thank you so much for being a blessing to me and you didn’t just sell me a car you helping me create memories, conquer a goal , make a dream reality and most of all be a example to others that you can have whatever you want ! Also Shaun played a major role so all that applies to him as well! Thank you so much 💚

Awesome buying experience!

Patrick and Julius were great despite me being indecisive, Patrick showed incredible patience even parked the trucks side by side so I could make up my mind and Julius took the time to run the numbers on both trucks. I’m very thankful to have worked with these gentlemen.

New Jeep

I recently purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and had the pleasure of working . He even worked through lunch to get me with General at Keffer. He listened to what I was looking for and picked out some great options for me to test. He provided a lot of information about the vehicles and was patient with my questions up. It was great dealing with him and I really appreciated his assistance. Most importantly, I love my new Jeep!

Great team, great help!

We are so happy with our experience at this dealership! I loved not feeling pushed or pressured like at other car dealerships. It's like a little family in there. Everyone was helping each other. Highly recommended!

Absolutely Awful

While my experience when I initially went in to search for a vehicle was great, the service after purchase has been nothing short of TERRIBLE. The lack of efficiency and professionalism is astonishing and every time that I've had to go in or call nobody has any idea what they're doing. I've asked them four times about my warranty and absolutely nobody there is able to help me. They either say they will call me back or they transfer me to another department that is unable to help. I stopped by the dealership a few days ago to get my oil changed and get an inspection done. I waited TWO HOURS to receive my vehicle back and find that they forgot to do the inspection and they didn't top off my fluids or fill my tires (which my vehicle alerted me of two days later). If your heart is set on a Jeep or something else that this dealership offers, go to another!!

Astonishing how poorly run this service center is

Keffer Jeep has a relaxed friendly atmosphere.

We purchased a new Jeep with the help of Julius Tindell and Will Conner and had a very relaxed and positive experience and will definitely recommend to others. This is the second new vehicle we have purchased with the Keffer family of brands and are completely satisfied.

Wonderful salesman

I bought my 3rd car today from Michael Benjamin at Keffer Jeep. He is always so patient with me and takes into consideration of all my requests. He finds me the best car for all my needs; financially and the style I prefer. I completely feel confident in his knowledge about all the cars that I review. And he is always helpful with all the fun features the cars have so I can take full advantage of all that the car offers.
