Five Star Ford

Alfred, aka Grandpa was GREAT! I asked for something another dealership couldn’t do and he went above and beyond to get it done! I mean within 2 hrs it was done! I drove 3 1/2 hrs the next day and he made us feel so welcome. They gave us waters, cookies for the kids, hats and phone chargers! He was absolutely amazing!! Thank you so very much Alfred for everything!

Based on the reviews I read here, I called and requested Alfred El-Darazi. I asked if he would be available to look at new trucks and I could be there in 45 minutes. He said sure and on my way there he texted me with directions even though I knew how to get there. Upon meeting him I was very impressed with his attitude and courtesy. After figuring out what I was looking for he took the time to locate a couple of the trucks and thoroughly explained the features and the differences between them. At no time did I feel rushed nor intimidated as is so common nowadays with a lot of these car salesmen. He has a way with people and after reading all the compliments about him on this site I can see why he has 5 stars. The dealership has a real asset in him as well as the other people such as Tut that I dealt with. This was easily the least stressed purchase I have made. Vehicles aren't cheap these days and when you get to deal with people like Alfred it goes a long way. I have certain expectations when dealing with car salesmen and most of the time am left highly disappointed, but not with these guys. If I know anyone who is looking I will definitely be sending them Alfred's way. Hopefully, this dealership recognizes the asset he truly is. They don't make them like him anymore. Great job Alfred!

I called Five Star Ford-NRH to ask about buying a certified used car. Alfred El-Darazi called me back and setup an appointment time to meet. My wife and I met Alfred, and we had a wonderful time talking with him about our families. It turns out that Alfred and my wife were born the same year. We test drove a 2022 Ford Explorer XLT to Ford's car wash they use for detailing their vehicles. We looked at two other Explorers and a Titanium Edge xx. We were sold on the car we test drove, and completed the paperwork to finance it. Alfred hustled around preparing the 2022 Ford Explorer XLT with new plates and a full tank of gas. He was very helpful, knew the car we were going to purchase, and a good sales consultant. We are very happy with our used one owner Ford Explorer XLT. Brieanna got the deal done that I coudln't do with any other dealer. I was working with 11 dealerships throughout Dallas / Fort Worth for weeks with a specific deal in mind, and Brieanna was literally the only one who got me close enought to pull the trigger. I live an hour and a half from the dealership, so it was very improtant to have everything worked out before I would go there, and she accomoted all of that and everything was simple once I arrived with no changes or surprises. Signing the papers and taking delivery of the F150 was actually surprisingly quick! No pressure from financing and they acutally got me a much better rate than I expected. I'm definitely starting here first when looking for a new Ford - absolutely worth the drive!
