GM is recalling more than 23,600 examples of its Chevrolet Corvette sports car over an issue that increases the risk of a fire.
Among minor changes, making headlines for the 2024 model year is the Corvette E-Ray, the first-ever hybrid and all-wheel-drive Corvette.

The 2023 Corvette Stingray’s 70th Anniversary Special Edition Package adds dark aluminum wheels with red stripes, white seats with red stitching, red seat belts, red brake calipers, a carbon-fiber and microfiber steering wheel, and the choice of two paint colors.
The 2023 Corvette’s 70th Anniversary Edition is an appearance package, one that with the optional racing stripes costs just under $7,000.
Chevrolet announced via Twitter that electrified and all-electric variants of the Corvette are coming, with the electrified version coming as early as next year.
Chevrolet says the new 2023 Corvette Z06 has been “hiding in plain sight,” as it shares a chassis, exhaust sounds, similar engine architecture and exterior proportions with the racing model.
