Invites posted to the web said remarks will begin at 9 p.m.

Tesla has announced the addition of new service vans, centers and 
 technicians ahead of the launch of its Model 3.

IIHS recently crash-tested six model-year 2017 large cars; three came out 
 on top, but the remaining three failed to get any safety awards.
