Toyota is recalling approximately 394,000 examples of its Sequoia SUV and Tundra pickup truck over an issue with the multimedia system display.
For the 2025 model year, Toyota has made some small changes and added a trim level to its biggest SUV, the Sequoia.
Toyota's latest recall affects 43,400 examples of its Sequoia SUV and involves an issue with the resin tow-hitch cover.
When properly equipped, these model-year 2024 SUVs offer excellent all-around capability with maximum tow ratings ranging from north of 8,000 pounds to 10,000 pounds.

There are lots of choices among the cheaper-to-buy-and-drive mid-size SUVs that, when properly configured, can safely tow at least 5,000 pounds.
