A very nice vehicle

I've had the RX350 for two months and am very happy with it. My previous car was a ES350 which I also liked, but I did miss the size and versatility of an SUV. Combined gas mileage has been around 20.5 mpg. I don't like the way Lexus packages the options that are available, I would prefer they establish trim lines that would include set option packages like Acura does. Heated steering wheel sounds like a good idea but only a small area is heated and it's not where I grip the wheel. Ventilated seats also sound like a good idea but even set on high I do not feel much air coming through the seat. The voice command system also needs work, or I need to attend a training class to understand it better. If I were to buy the car again, I would get the upgraded sound system, what I have now is just ok, nothing special.

long time rx owner

Got the new 17 RX and I am very disappointed about some things I was not made aware of before I got it. I have a windows cell phone and it worked great with the 2013 RX I traded in, including ability to get stock quotes, weather info, gas prices, etc. And most importantly, I got texts read to me and could respond to them orally while driving. With the new 2017, I have none of these unless a buy a new Iphone or other "compatible" device. And altho weather info is independent of what device you have, you need to be in an area where certain types of radio stations carry the necessary signal, which I am not. The car drives great, but it seems Lexus should tell buyers their technology has changed on this stuff. I made the logical assumption that my new car would have at least the same, if not better, capabilities my old one did. Now I realize it's a step down unless you have the right cell phone. Ironic that the 13 RX would not accomodate an I phone for texts. Now it appears to require one.

Mr Carlton Baker

Enjoy the many features. Only complaint is noisy muffler in 1st gear on inclines. Deep throaty roar and vibration. Dealership says Lexus is working on a fix!
