I love my Subaru Outback!
I just bought my 3rd Subaru Outback from Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru. Love the new redesign of the Outback. Bill Kolb is a wonderful dealership and their service department is excellent.

Never again
Owned a 2020 Onyx XT, totaled it with a large deer at 60 miles per hour. LOVED that car. Replaced it with a 2021 Limited XT. It is no less than a nightmare. The computer system is messed up. I mean like, auto braking system has slammed the brakes on twice when I was driving "obstacle detected", as if I was getting ready to run into a brick wall. 60 to 5 mph. The second time was after it was "fixed." Additionally, the radio turns off, sometimes comes back on, sometimes won't come back on until you turn the car off and back on. Dealership can't figure out what's wrong with it. Their response "you have plenty of warranty left", as if the safety feature that has twice tried to kill me would ever be left on again. Luckily, there was no cars around me both times it slammed the brakes on. Had I been on the interstate in traffic? Who knows if someone would have died. "Bring it back if it does it again." I said, "so if I don't die bring it back?" Outrageous. Probably going to have to trade it and lose thousands. Hate to stick someone else with it. What do you do? 5th and last Subaru.

I just bought it but it seems great.
I like the car so far, I just bought it today but it appears to be solid , comfortable and easy to drive. I also think it has a good amount of cargo space which is important to me.

Stylish, quick, comfortable and modern
I can’t say much yet about long term reliability. No issues but I have only owned it a week. Otherwise... wow! The eye sight system is impressive the XT models with the turbo have good power! Title says it all.. attractive, quiet, comfortable! No complaints. Nicest car I’ve owned in a long time.

Our Second Outback
We loved our previous Outback, but felt it was time for another one. We test drove several different models, and really liked the Onyx Edition XT. The car drives so smooth, and seats are so comfortable. It has most of the options that we wanted, however, the few that it lacks are not stopping us from loving this Outback too!

New Outback
Purchased a new Outback Limited XT from Tom Wood Subaru in Indianapolis. Did quite a bit of research and decided to test drive the Honda CR-V , Subaru Forester and Outback. Liked the Outback XT due to the turbo. So far great ride, acceleration, and look. Did not like the Outback without the Turbo. So far so good. Reliability rating is due to research only.

I love the car, love the ride, so much quieter Don't love learning all the technology. Had to ask the dealer to set up the Android link and even they had a bit of trouble.

love the way the Outback handles on the road
I put over 100,000 miles on my first Outback and loved it. It is a nice looking vehicle and is extremely reliable. It has the ride of a luxury car and can still carry items when needed.

Nightmare brand new 2021 Subaru Outback
Purchased brand new Dec. 2020. Within 80 miles TPMS ⚠️ and lights came on. Tire pressure and tires were fine. Around 100 miles a recall on the computer system was told would fix TPMS issue. I have taken it 3 times for this issue. Horrible leak in the front, large puddles of water in floorboard and under mat on passenger side next to gear shift. Was told molding was bad needs to be replaced, but this doesn't explain the water in the floorboard by the center console. Car engine stop's/starts at will without changing any settings, i.e. engine should shut off when stopped at proper setting but does so irregularly. Now all dash lights saying eyesight off, lane assistance and crash avoidance all come on then few miles down the road all warnings disappear. TPMS will stay on for several trips then randomly disappear, then reappear. I have documented with video and pictures. I have less than 1600 miles on a BRAND new, rarely driven 4.5 month old vehicle and is scheduled for 4th trip for service. No accidents, no driving on anything but well paved suburban roads. I HATE this vehicle and Subaru for all the time I have spent in the service department. I am scared to drive it.
