New Car - First 100 miles

The car meets all my needs. The 11" screen and apple car play get me where I want to go. Like being higher while driving and having more road clearance than my sedan. Love the room in the car and the cargo areas. The only negative is lack of reachable storage area from driver's seat. Car handles well and is fun to drive.

Very comfortable & quiet

Traded a 2.6 liter twin turbo v6 F150 sport for this 2021 outback xt. I also own a 2017 Honda Civic. The outback is far mor comfortable to drive. Gets comparable gas milage to the civic, and is much quieter. The engine shut down/stert up is abrupt as it says in many reviews, acceleration and shifting isn’t as smooth as the civic with a CVT, but the AWD may be the culprit.

Great car for Colorado

I have never owned anything but a Saab in my adult life but thought I would check out the Subarus sine my car was unable to handle the mud I was encountering. I needed a reliable AWD. This fit the bill perfectly.

Previous Subaru owner

Only negative for me on interior design is accessing the phone charging area, difficult location of the CD player and much smaller size door pockets as compared to my 2017 Outback.

Comfort

We had a 2013 Outback Premium trim level, which we liked except for the front passenger seat, which resulted in backaches for my wife during long trips. We upgraded to the Touring level, which has a very adjustable passenger seat in a very comfortable Nappa leather (also heated and cooled, very nice) and was a significant improvement. Also, Subaru increased the horsepower since 2013; the new car has much better pickup, even in our non-turbo model. I am really enjoying Subaru's electronic accident avoidance features, which our previous car did not have. We've only had the car a week, but so far we are very pleased.

This car does it all

I've always loved every car I've owned but I'm serious when I say "how did I survive without an Outback". This vehicle is so easy to drive and use (loading, unloading, amount of cargo). It's made my beekeeping life so much easier.

Most comfortable riding car I have ever driven.

This thing is like driving on air and the power in this XT turbo model is unbelievable. I live on a small mountain and this thing goes over the rough roads to my house like they are not even there. Accelerates going uphill easily - thrilling to drive, great stereo, extremely comfortable. Exterior styling is not the best, but good enough. Interior comfort if off the charts.
