Impressive for a 30 year old yacht
Having this car for almost a year I'd say it's exceeded mine and everyone else expectations. I was told it was a mess and unreliable. This beast has driven with bad and low oil and minimum coolant. By accident this happened when I initially bought it a year ago. Since then it has still turned on every day n night while also getting good mpg especially for a car like this and thank god it's the 4.9L. It's comically large, bulletproof, and ahead of it's time. It had 150k miles when i got it and now has 171k.

Reliable comfortable Geriatric swag
This vehicle has 250k miles on it and has been maintained according to factory recommendations, said the previous owner. I have had the 1995 Deville with the 4.9 v8 for almost a year now and have replaced PSP and pulley, alternator, all 4 disks and pads, spark plugs, wires, distributor, PCV valve “redundant”, torque strut mount, swaybar endlinks, and I think that’s it. Every one of the repairs I did in my driveway. This car is very easy to work on all those repairs I could have done by my self in an 8 hour day. The motor is transversely mounted so the plugs nearest the firewall were the most time consuming of all the repairs taking me an hour just to remove those 4. All I need to do is replace the rack and pinion then the car will be like brand new. The air ride suspension is fantastic and the low rpm torque of the aluminum block 4.9v8 makes the “butt dyno” feel respectable acceleration for a 4k pound car that is 2” shorter than a suburban… with that said the turning radius is, well, nonexistent because only thing that turns are other drivers heads when a U turn across 4 lanes is made with a 3 point turn… gas mileage is ok I use octane booster and can eek out nearly 30mpg cruising at 70mph on highway. City is about 19mpg if I drive very slow… any spirited driving or just the thought of WOT makes the 20gallons of premium gas leak out the exhaust pipe at roughly 1GPM. So with a full tank I can drive for about 20min. Otherwise I love this car!

Car is a true Cadillac!
This car is a true Cadillac in every sense of its name. Smooth ride, smooth quiet power, no rattles. I bought it with 225k on it. It now has 315 k on it. Its not a Northstar. I’ve done basic maintenance to it except for a coolant leak I had fixed. Other than that, wonderful car to own and drive.

Very Good American Car
I give this car a 5 star rating because it has been very good to me. Smooth and comfortable on the road; it handles with ease and accelerates very well. Passing speed from 55 to 90 is super and, in my book, this is a top rated sedan. It is surprisingly cheap to insure - much cheaper than any of my previous cars and trucks. It is very roomy, comfortable to drive on very long trips, easy around town and it is my car of choice. Nice sounding stereo system, seats are automatic and position any way you choose. A pure luxury sedan; it does what it was designed to do. I have not experienced problems with this car - just usual maintenance work like oil changes, tire changes, and tune ups. The transmission is superb and shifts smooth and quietly. I don't think Mercedes could beat this car value or driver wise. Just change the oil, maintain it properly and drive it. :)

Pretty Good Car
My '95 Cadillac DeVille was my first car and it has been extremely reliable yet I have had some casualties with it. The rims are garbage and constantly leak air. I am having to refill the rims once every three or four days which shouldnt happen. The anti theft security system is a joke considering every time I get into the car it says wait three minutes because the security goes off even though I have the key. Unfortunately, this security issue has happened to me numerous times leaving me in uncomfortable situations. I received this car from my outstanding uncle and couldnt be more satisfied with a first car. Check the rims and check the security system before you purchase a car like this. In the future I plan on only buying German and American made cars preferably the Cadillac Escalade.

Cadillac Sedan DeVille review
I've owned quite a few cars in my almost 40 years of existence, and my '95 Cadillac Sedan DeVille is my favorite vehicle EVER...I would still be driving it probably if my wife didn't total it...I originally paid 1100.00 for the car a few years ago, and the car didn't disappoint me...I was thoroughly surprised by the gas mileage for this V-8 powered vehicle...I was able to fill up the tank, drive from Baltimore to Durham, NC, and almost come back on the same tank of gas...the car was very luxurious...I loved all the power amenities, including my digital dash...trunk room was the most spacious of any vehicle I've owned, and it could fit 6 individuals comfortably if necessary...the only problem I had with the vehicle was the power steering unit...I had to get the pump and a pulley replaced, which was a little hassle, but all in all, a very well-spent little bit of money for luxury....I'll looking to buy another one, maybe '96-'98 model....I strongly recommend this car!!!

First Car is A Great One
I got this car as my first one. At first I didnt like it because I wanted more of a sports car like a eclipse or a civic but i got used to it. It handles better than my mom and dads car and they always want to drive it. It is very roomy and i like the power windows, doors, and power almost everything else. This is great first car because its safe and its not bad on gaas mileage.
