The Right Car to Buy

Chevy hit the mark on this vehicle. At the time I wrote this it had been 5 months since I'd been to the gas station. Gas prices were in the mid $3.00 range yet my comparable cost in electricity is $1.75. It's quick because it's all torque from the start and so quiet (even when the gas engine is running which is not often. Lots of great technology features. Super!

My favorite!

I've had the car just over a week, but I am in love with it. The exterior is beautiful, the seat is comfortable, and the ride is so smooth, whether I am running on electricity or gas. I live in a condo, so charging is a bit of a pain, but I'm coming up with a solution. The Volt is a great car, and I don't understand why more people don't own them!

More fun than I thought

Coming from a long line of performance cars, I got the Volt because I needed a more economical car. This car has surprised me in every way. It's FAST off the line and gets you up to 30 MPH quickly. Not the best at highway passing but it's acceptable there. Owned it for 7 months so far and still have not bought gas. So far, no problems with it.

Nice Car

This 2017 Chevy Volt is really fun to drive. We have installed a 240v charger in our garage and it charges our car in 4 1/2 hours. The car is quiet comfortable and very well-designed. I love the read outs of performance and the stats that come from the car. We have purchased the upgraded drivers packages, and I would strongly recommend them. The only weakness is heating the cabin when the temperature gets into single digits. But that is offset by the heated seats and heated steering wheel.

My 2nd Volt & I'm Very Happy WIth It. Again.

I drove a 2013 Premium for 4 ? years. Decided to upgrade a great car to an even greater car. I'm getting 65-70 miles around town using only battery. Looking forward to my firs long trip. Comfort and convenience are much improved. The tech is amazing and i feel even safer in this car with all the driver aware features packed into this package.

Love this car!

This car is fun to drive, quiet, comfortable, economical, and environmentally friendly. Sound system and electronics are good, Interior is comfortable. I would only change one thing- power seats instead of manual.

I love saving money!

I use this car to commute about 100+ miles per day and love how cheap it is to operate. I get about half my miles in electric and the rest on gas. I get about 40 MPG on gas so I only refull about once per week. I charge at home with a regular outlet which takes about 12 hours. A level 2 charger would decrease that to about 4_5 hours. The car is comfortable, good looking, and has plenty of power.

Love the car but might not be for everyone

I love this car, but I recognize that done of the things I love about it others may hate. It is super quiet, no shifting, instant acceleration and nimble. If you want to drive a car like few others, get one with an electric power train. Plenty of space inside for me, but don't let the 5th seatbelt fool you, it only seats 4. I'm also saving about $100/month on has savings.

So far so good!

This car is great. Saves me gas and money. And I got it a great price too. I love how it looks compared to other hybrid type cars.
