Nicest car I've owned
I love this car! I much prefer it's plush cloth to the newer models (before Chrysler changed all their cloth to the "premium" cloth--which isn't nearly as nice and doesn't look as good). I've never had any problems with my 04 Pacifica. It's the best car I've had.

Worst vehicle in the market
Purchased a 2004 AWD Pacifica like 3yrs ago and have had nothing but suspension problems, Chrysler dealer replaced various suspension parts actually just about every part on the front end and crunching noises always kept coming back, I honestly wouldnt recommend buying a Pacifica unless you want all the headaches, Gas mileage is poor, just DONT buy one.

Pacifica with front end noises and poor MPG
Bought this 2004 Pacifica Touring AWD used in June 2010. Did not notice any noises during test drives, but a week after we took it home noticed a slight squeaky noise- kind of like a mattress makes. Have not brought it in the get inspected, but so far people have brought up that it might be the control arm?? or the shocks. Other than that the car rides great and smooth. Gas mileage has much to be desired, but overall the car is what we expected which was luxurious.

Disappointed
I HAVE HAD MY PACIFIA FOR A LITTLE MORE THAN A YEAR NOW. THE VEHICLE HANDLES WELL, BUT THE PERFORMANCE IS POOR. TAKES TOO LONG TO BULID SPEED. WE HAVE HAD TO RETURN TO DEALER FIRST FOR MOTOR MOUNTS THEN A/C FANS. THE VEHICLE IS COMFORTABLE IN SIZE IF YOU DON'T HAVE SMALL CHILDREN. AND DRIVING WITH RADIO OFF , THERE IS A LOT OF ROAD NOISE.

Not worth the money
For having a hefty sticker price you would think Chrysler would stand by there cars. I have had to replace the DVD/CD in this car for the third time. I also have also recently had the aluminum wheels rust and need to be replaced. All of this with a vehicle with only 85,000 miles on it. It looks nice and handles nice but is falling apart.

Best Car I've Owned So Far
I've owned a Pacifica for 4 years now and I've been nothing but happy and impressed with the purchase/drive. So luxury to drive, smooth ride, handles the winter weather so well. And perfect for a family as the car seats 7 very comfortable. Very pleased.

The Worst Car I've Owned
I would never recommend this car to anyone! I would never buy Chrystler again either. I have a 2004 and about 43,000 miles, so needless to say I drive inner city mostly. I have had nothing but problems with it. I've had battery problems so many times; starter replaced, brake problems; door mechanisms; roof leaks; hoses and so many other things I can't even remember. Right now I'm dealing with a suspension problem that might cost me $800.00. I'm just disappointed that these things didn't happen while under the Lemon Law because at least I could have done something. Instead I've been stuck with a lemon for 5 years and I can't even trade it in because unfortunately I just can't afford a car payment right now. It's horrible in the snow and has so many blind spots and is a gas guzzler. Thank the lord that they discontinued making these....

Oil Problems
We purchased our Pacifica in 2005 with 6,000 miles on it from the dealer. At about 28,000 miles it began consuming alot of oil? When we took it to the dealer we were told this was normal for the car due to its engine size? ( Never heard such a thing) When the oil gets very low the oil light does not come on and we get a clacking noise and when I checked the oil it was in fact dangerously low. We just had the oil changed two months earlier and my wife only put on about 70 miles a week as we utilize my Tahoe as the family car. :(

Good for a family of 4 or less & little snow
Nice car. I was realy impressed when I first drove it. All the extras, heated leather seat, dvd-entertainment system. Loved it. Thought this would be a great car for me and my 4 kids and our dog. But then I was wrong. I've had this car for 6 months and can't wait to trade it in. First I can't believe the gas mileage, 13 to 14 in town and haven't had it on vacation yet -o- cargo room. I have two small kids still in car seats so they have to go in the third rown or my older kids would'nt have access to the 3rd row. When you fold the 2nd row seat up it doesnt lock into place, so when my dog is in the car she has to sit in a seat or she could get squished when the seat falls when I'm driving. Going to the grocery store is a joke. I'm a single parent and can't take the kids with me and buy any large amount of food. The back cargo space is so small, my big stroller doesn't fit. Poor backup visibility, and terible blind spots. I live where we get alot of snow. This car has a low clearence and if the snow is deep you will get stuck. I have used the auto shift in the snow and that works great. This car would be good for someone with a small family and like to spend lots of money for gas.
